The Ghost and Mrs. Muir Reimagined

A speculative reboot script reimagining a classic series with a contemporary family.

Written as a homage to the original 1968 television series The Ghost and Mrs. Muir, this story reimagines the premise through the lens of a contemporary family starting over.

When the family inherits a weathered mansion, they relocate to Acacia Bay, an eccentric seaside town alive with charming, kooky neighbors, and soon discover the house is already occupied.

The script was awarded Best Fan Fiction at the Wild Sound Festival and, in recognition of that honor, was selected for this live staged reading.
