Lago di Bambino is a purpose-built lakeside town designed around the idea that beauty, creativity, and community are essential to well-being. Inspired by the warmth and human scale of Mediterranean villages, the architecture evokes timeless stone facades, shaded arcades, and intimate streets that prioritize pedestrians over cars.

At its core is a large public park surrounding a small artificial lake, an open gathering space for residents and visitors alike. Boardwalk paths, shaded seating, seasonal events, and outdoor performances create a natural rhythm of daily life. The park is not ornamental. It is the heart of the town.

The residential model is intentionally focused. Upper floors house a community composed primarily of seniors and working artists. Seniors benefit from proximity to healthcare services anchored by a research-based medical facility, while artists maintain studios and ground-floor shops that activate the streetscape.
