Inspired by the warmth and human scale of Mediterranean villages, the architecture evokes timeless stone facades, shaded arcades, and intimate streets that prioritize pedestrians over cars.

At its core is a large public park surrounding a small artificial lake, an open gathering space for residents and visitors alike.
